Start with a well-defined scope of work – a new AWS service you’d like to try before you buy or a cloud “version” of an existing application that’s on-premises or in a different public cloud, such as Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform, so you can do a side-by-side comparison. We’ll work with you to identify an area of AWS’s capabilities to explore based on your current state and business goals. We’ll build and activate your proof of concept for a two-week test run and then we’ll provide a report so you can compare the pilot against the pre-defined success criteria.
