Our Solution
CloudTechForce designed and executed a phased Azure migration over 8 weeks. We migrated their point-of-sale backend, inventory management, and employee systems to Azure with centralized management. Each store was migrated during off-hours with zero business disruption. We implemented Azure Virtual WAN for secure store-to-HQ connectivity, Azure SQL for centralized inventory, and Azure Backup for automated disaster recovery.
