Share your current platform, approximate users and data, domains, mail-flow requirements and target date. A Google Workspace move, hybrid Exchange project and tenant consolidation have different dependencies.
- Identify source and destination tenants, domains and owners.
- Review mailboxes, public folders, files, permissions and applications that depend on email or identity.
- Agree pilot users, coexistence needs, cutover criteria and rollback conditions.
Separate the project from ongoing operations
Your proposal defines migration tasks, access approvals, acceptance tests and hypercare. Microsoft subscriptions, ongoing tenant administration and device work are separate scope items unless expressly included. Pricing and timing follow discovery; this page does not offer a universal free migration.

Questions buyers ask
Is migration automatically included in a managed service?
No. Migration is a project with its own scope and acceptance checks. Any inclusion or commercial concession must appear in your written proposal.
Can you promise a weekend cutover with no disruption?
The cutover window depends on the source, data, identity and application dependencies. A pilot and agreed validation plan establish what can be scheduled.
