Subscriptions and projects
Microsoft licenses, Azure usage, migrations and remediation are identified separately from recurring administration.
Security and recovery
Name the systems, controls, backup owners, restore checks and escalation responsibilities included.
Compare written scope before price
Ask every provider to identify recurring fees, subscription costs, projects, prerequisites, coverage, exclusions and exit responsibilities. An unanswered line item is not included by default.
Questions buyers ask
Why is there no automatic dollar estimate?
The capability portfolio defines discovery before pricing. A headcount alone does not establish workloads, service hours, licenses or recovery duties, so an automatic company quote would be misleading.
Does the planner send my information?
No. The planner builds a brief locally in your browser. The separate enquiry form sends information only when you submit it.
