White-Label Services for MSPs
CloudTechForce provides white-label tier 1–2 help desk, 24/7 NOC monitoring and alert handling, and Microsoft 365 and Azure project engineers to managed service providers in the US and Canada. We work inside your PSA and RMM, under your brand and phone greeting, with your documentation standards. Pricing is per endpoint for help desk and NOC and per engineer-month for projects. How white-label works with CloudTechForce
- **Your systems, not ours. Nothing leaves your tenant.
- Your brand. Phone answered in your name; email signatures and portals are yours; our engineers appear as your staff.
- Your runbooks. We follow your documentation standards and escalation matrix and flag gaps rather than improvising.
- Security you can show your clients. Background-checked engineers, MFA and least-privilege access through your tools, NDA and data-processing terms, no client data stored on our side.
- Measured. Weekly ticket and SLA reports, CSAT captured on every closed ticket, monthly review with your service manager.
Why MSPs use us
- After-hours coverage without night shifts. Our engineering team works across time zones; your 2 a.m. is our working day.
- Cost. A tier-2 engineer through us costs a fraction of a North American hire, and you scale up or down quarterly.
- Microsoft 365 depth. Migrations and security hardening are our most reviewed work (reviews); many MSPs use us just for project overflow.
- No poaching, no channel conflict. We do not sell to your clients, and the agreement says so.
Onboarding (2–3 weeks)
- Week 1: access provisioning in your PSA and RMM, runbook review, phone routing test, escalation matrix agreed.
- Week 2: shadowing your desk, first tickets handled with your review, reporting set up.
- Week 3: live under your brand with weekly reviews for the first month.
